La Ciudad de Las Artes y Ciencias

Valencia has a huge Arts and Science area in the city. It boasts one of Europe's largest aquariums, an IMAX theater, a science OMSI-like museum and a bunch of other stuff we didn't have time to see. Before our trip to Barcelona we took the kids to the aquarium and after the trip we went to the IMAX theater and the science museum.

This beluga was the hit of the afternoon. He was swimming back and forth and coming up to the glass where the kids were as if he was putting on his own show. They loved it.

One of the many family pictures on this trip. Christmas card worthy as Kirsten put it. The aquarium buildings were beautiful. This one behind us reminded me of that famous opera house in Australia.

At the science museum there were these incubators with chicks hatching. We didn't get to see a chick actually coming out of the shell, but we saw some only a few hours old.

One of the big exhibits was the Marvel Comic Heroes.
