We have lived in our house in Sherwood for 4 Christmases and we have never put lights on the outside of our house. This year Earl decided to put them up. Allison and Ethan were outside playing and watching and Ethan wanted to help with the lights (probably because he saw our neighbor help his dad put up lights). Earl thought no big deal, but I was against the idea. I didn't want our 6 year old up on our roof! Somehow I lost that fight and Ethan put on his bike helmet and climbed the ladder. I was pretty nervous the whole time, but luckily he wasn't up there for long. Unfortunately, after all that work I didn't get a picture of the finished house. Sorry, Earl.
