Before the kids started school on Tuesday, we had one last day to enjoy summer. Because that day was Labor Day, Earl didn't have to work so we could enjoy it as a family. Earl wanted to go on an adventure so we decided to hike around Magness Tree Farm. The weather was perfect (cool and dry). The kids grabbed walking sticks and water bottles and we were off. Along the way we spotted snakes, squirrels and poison oak. It was a good way to end the summer - our last hurrah.
