So baseball season has come and gone. It really is a short season, but this year I'm glad it wasn't longer. The weather really didn't cooperate this Spring and the boys played in all kinds of bad weather. Ethan's first game had sun, rain and hail in 90 minutes! His coaches gave out game balls at the end of each game. Ethan managed to score one for getting a big hit! I will say this year was more interesting to watch than last year's t-ball. Although the players still only advance one base at a time, they are able to make more plays and get people out. At one of our last games a team made a triple play! Unfortunately, it wasn't our team! Ethan's passion for baseball has started to wane. We'll have to wait and see if he wants to play next year.
